Poulton Karate Academy (PKA) hosted IJKA UK Chief Instructor Keith Crighton 7th Dan IJKA on the weekend of Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 August.
Karateka from PKA and Blackpool and Wyre dojos were joined by karateka from the Worcester dojo along with other karateka.
Keith Sensei focused on the finer details of Kihon and correct movement on Saturday morning. This was followed by Kumite routines and Kata in the afternoon, finishing with Junro Sandan.
A meal at a quality Indian restaurant was enjoyed by attendees on the Saturday evening.
On Sunday Keith Sensei was joined and assisted by Paul Kotowski 6th Dan IJKA who continued with further detailed teaching of Junro Sandan, whilst Keith Sensei held a grading for Dan and Kyu grades.
